Will a damaged valve caused by a dvt result in lumps or bulges in the inner thigh and groin area?

I incurred a DVT  from my groin to my poplear about two years ago and about ten months ago i started observing lumps which appeared to be my veins in my inner thigh and groin area. is this a result of the damaged valve? My pro time is adequate to prevent further DVT's.
