I have been prescribed the above for a noise in my ear the doctor looked in it and said the ear drum is deflated and it could be catarrah, I do not suffer from colds or flu nor runny nose as he said these symptoms cause this, so can you tell me why he has prescribed this then, thank you Lordbless.
