Why is the right side of my face numb

It all started with a headache thursday night. I took two motrin that night. Woke up friday the headache came back and part of the right side of my face was numb. All day friday just a part of my face was numb.Woke up this morning which is Saturday now the whole right side of my face is numb even the right side of my tounge feel numb
