My upper, lower, and sides of, my abdomen feel tight/constricted. It's painful and has spread to my lower back. I've also noticed that I feel the need to urinate frequently, but when I do, barely any is there. I also have random bouts of nausea. I need to know if it would be necessary to see the doctor.
