why do the veins in my breasts and chest area hurt,feel inverted, and are very very blue! I

I have already gone through menapause at the age of 22. I am very concerned with the soreness, and tenderness of the breast and the chest area below my neck! My age is now 51. I am 5ft 3 118 pounds breast size is 36C. Hope you can help.
