It only happens the day after I eat more than I normally do or different foods than I normally do. It's a sore pain like I were lifting weights but it's in my armpits. I generally eat pretty healthy (fruit, salad, nuts, chicken, fish, vegetables, some chocolate, occasional dessert). I also don't eat too much. I rarely eat until I am full or stuffed. However, when I do eat more I notice that the next day my armpits hurt! It's so weird and annoying. Is there something wrong with me or is it just a reaction to the amount and/or type of food that I ate the day prior. That is the only common denominator I see.
