in 1984 I was trained to do the head-tilt neck-lift when performing cpr I was recently recirtified in cpr and wass told this was the old school teaching I was assigned a term paper compairing the old ways with the new ways of performing cpr. But I need a date as to when this change took effect,so I can finish my paper.I have been doing research for two weeks and can not find this answer. Please help
