I suspect you're referring to your hyoid bone. This is a relatively rare bone to fracture. Most bones heal in weeks to months depending upon your age & health. This quesiton is best addressed by your ENT or whoever made the diagnosis. Good luck!

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately I was trying to find out about a sports figure who took a puck to the throat and fractured the Adams Apple by reports. They rarely give time frames.

I am glad I found this place as I do have many medical issues and am happy that I got a response to this question fairly quickly.
