What is the best way to remove warts that are inside the nose?

I have warts in the nose on both sides.  The growth has expanded to the outer sill and rim of the nose.  The swelling is such that I cannot breath through the left nostril at all unless I have a tube (e.g. nasal cones) inserted.  Surgery now would remove substantial portions of the nose.  I've had three surgeries previously.  To whom can I go for help?  I am now seeing my fifth ENT who is a young facial plastic surgeon.  This has been going on since the first week of February, 2007.  I am tired and tired of this mess.  Please help.
