What is likely to be the next course of action - Hip problem

I had surgery after pathological fracture of the hip 14 weeks ago and dynamic hip screw inserted (I am 40yo). However I have been going backwards over the last few weeks since I have been getting around more and was sent to have CT Scan and ultrasound yesterday. It appears that the fracture is not knitting together. Any ideas what will happen next as I am hobbling around and in pain
