I have a runny (but not blocked) nose all year round. Much worse when I go out into the cold. In addition I have very watery eyes. As soon as I go outside into any kind of cooler air or wind my eyes start streaming as if I am crying. I don't know if these 2 symptoms are related and as they happen year round (worse in winter because of the cold air) I don't think they can be caused by allergies.
