I've had problems wtih my legs for a long time. They will tighten up and it will be very difficult to walk. It's like I have to work twice as hard to move them. Then my calf muscles get these small twitches and it looks like they are shaking. If it lasts long the joints in my feet will tighten up and hurt. I've noticed it occurs more frequently in the morning and if I didn't eat breakfast or didn't eat enough. I also get the same thing if I get the stomach flu or sometimes it's happened if I drink too much the night before. Eating, drinking water, stretching, and massages seem to help.
