What Health Newsletters Do You Read?

Posted May 20 2009 1:22pm

I am always looking for new sources of current health information that is not generated by Big Pharma. Over the years a number of doctors that I have trained with have started publishing their own healthletters. One of my favorites is Dr. Stephen Sinatra's " Heart, Health & Nutrition".  Dr. S has evolved and broadened his approaches to health improvement from his beginnings as a conventional cardiologist. He is one of two doctors who taught me how to use CoQ-10, one of the essential co-factors for energy production in every cell in our bodies.

His web-site is www.drsinatra.com   and I highly recommend it to you. You can sign up for his free email tips and/or subscribe to his monthly printed newsleter.

He has written a number of books - his latest and my favorite is -
