A couple of hours ago I passed in my urine what looked like a black screw or twig. It obviously wasn't hard, because I didn't even feel it come out of me, but I can be pretty positive it was not in the toilet before I used it. I have been having some abdominal pain, but not too bad.
I have been reading about ketones, but I don't know what they look like. That did intereste me though because I have been on Phase 1 of the South Beach diet for 10 days now, which is low carb. I also have spent 7 of those days with my mom in the hospital=stress! I learned that both can cause ketones, but i cannot find a physical description of a ketone.
Any other suggestions? I am only 25, female, I have never had a yeast or urinary tract infection before. Thanks!
