What do I have?

I have had a severe headache for about three months. It doesn't really go away. Advil and other meds don't help. I have neck stiffness. I am severely tired all the time and just feel like laying down and not moving. I have excessive hunger but I am not gaining weight. I also have a fever of 101 which I have had for three months as well. When my headache is at its worst, I get bad vertigo. I have also had nausea at different times. They ran tests for mono, white blood cell count, HIV, and diabetes as well as a CT scan for a brain tumor and an x-ray for TB. Everything came back normal. My doctors are completely at a loss for what it could be. Do you have any ideas on what I could have?
