what do high levels of C Protein and S protein in blood mean please?

Posted by ilovemypiano

I have higher than normal levels of protein C (140) and Protein S (144) after a sweep of my blood. Can someone explain to me what this means (am waiting on an haematology appointment).  There seems to be a lot of information on APR (activated protein resistence) and it's links to inflamation and auto-immunity but not much on protein C? I can't even establish if the two (PROTEIN C and APR PROTEIN) are two very different issues or the same thing.

any thoughts. am hoping to get to the bottom of a whole host of long term symptoms including left hand rib-pain, severe night sweats, extreme fatigue, muscle pains and general malaise.
