21 yo female, non-smoker, history of untreated sinus infection for 5 years (fist got it when i was 16, mom refused to take me to doctor due to lack of insurence ande money). got a cold in first week of december, still having trouble with painful cough, very thick mucus stuck in bottom of throat, slight runny nose and wheezing in chest. made worse/triggered by cold food and drinks, and running/jogging in cold weather. what could be causing this?
