what could be the cause for sudden bumps on back of the head and a lump in lower neck

feels like my head was hit with a baseball bat, and there are 2 bumps - one on left side on bottom of the skull, behind left ear, and one on left side located a bit higher than the ear. i also felt a lump on the base of neck, left side.
