Blood in the urine  can arise within the urinary system in areas such as the kidneys, bladder, prostate or other parts of the urinary tract

Blood in the stools could be from ulcers, cancer, a tear in the intestine or colon, all sorts of differant things, about 75-90 things to be exact either a hemroid or bleeding

A colonscopy done by a gastrologist may explain where the blood is coming from in the colon and small intestines. As far as the blood in urine a urologist could help to find out why.

My advice would be to see a doctor for a exam, lab testing, and other procedures for a correct diagnosis.
