What can cause pain in my lower right abdomen that spreads to my pubic area, my hip and my lower back?

I don't have nausea, vomiting, blood in the stool, mucus in the stool or anything else. Just pain and it's not all the time. I never had any of this until I had my youngest son who is now 2 and a half. I do have loose stools sometimes but I also drink alot of caffeine which I have cut back on tremendously. I have been previously treated for ovarian cysts which have gone away. Could someone please give me an answer that makes some kind of sense?
