a friend of mine had enlarged lymph nodes that had to be removed because they were comressing the external iliac vein and preventing venous drainage from his left leg, then the biopsy showed no malignancy and the doctors couldn't figure what was the cause for the enlargement , some diagnosed it as panniculitis ( rare infalammation) but still no treatment was prescribed . Could anyone help?
