TSH has gone down do i Increase or decrease levels of Thyroxine?

Posted by Kat

I had my thyroid removed several years ago and I'm aware that the throxine levels need changing from time to time. I'm trying to understand my blood tests correctly, and have just recieved more results telling me that my TSH has decreased to 0.86 (last results were 0.89) and its meant to be bewteen 0.25 and 5.00. My doctor is decreasing my thyroxine from 150 to 125, is this the right way round? Im having another stage of being toatlly shattered and not on form, I know more thyroxine doesnt always reslove this, but the thought of having less concerns me a little. Can anyone advise?

Thanks

Kat
