Toddler In Need of Organ Donor Becomes Facebook Hit

First, huge thanks to Steve over at Revive Hope for his mention of our3.5 million goal achievement. We simply wouldn't have near the success we do without the help of people like Steve spreading the word on organ donation.
The lead line ofthis article("Facebook is usually used as a social networking tool by young people looking for parties.")kind of cracks me up as a plethora of organizations and others are now utilizing facebook to connect with others and take action in support of various social issues as demonstrated by our own presence on the site with apage, causeandgroup.
However, the article does go on to talk about how one U.K. couple is skirting the restrictive requirements of their registry's requirements for children to be added to the transplant waiting list by utilizing facebook in a desperate search to seek out an organ donor for their terminally ill daughter, Bethany. It's quite a story. Check it out on here onABC News.
