Time Commitments Mean That I Need To Know How To Gain Muscles Fast

The challenge with anything you do these days is trying to find enough time to allow you to complete what it is that you want to do. Take muscle building for example. I have always wanted to workout on a regular basis in hopes of building a lean muscular body. Unfortunately my time commitments have been such that I have not been able to get this done. What I need is to figure out how to gain muscles fast  so that I am able to find the time to actually get myself to the gym. I know that this is possible; I just have to figure out how.
