The back of my left knee has a recurring small fluid filled itchy bump that occurs only in the middle of the night for 1 hr.

I can email an image. I tried inserting one here, but was not successful. I did have a Baker Cyst behind the knee a few years ago, but this little recurring thing is quite different.
