swollen painful groin lymph nodes following my Hep A and Typhoid vaccine. Is it related

I had my Hep A and typhoid vaccine on my left arm and approximately 24 hours later, I have discomfort in my left groin with some swollen lymph nodes. Could they be related? Both on the left side?
