Surgery 3 days ago to remove old screws in ankle and bone spurs from tibia. Have significant swelling and burning under bandage.

I'm taking regular doses of otc ibuprofen. Ice packs help some. Elevating is sometimes more uncomfortable than level. Big concern is that I had a major headache and slight fever last night (and of course today is Saturday - everything closed), but both are gone today. Bandage can be removed tomorrow. Is there anything I should be worried about? Not scheduled to see dr for 10 more days.
