Stress and dealing with anxiety

If you have anxiety, then you could be going through a stressful situation. Stress is a reaction to events that take place in our everyday life. A person may have an anxiety attack when finding out about the death of a family member. It is hard dealing with anxiety and can lead to bad habits. You want to take you mind off of stress by doing something positive. Listening to music or watching a movie is fun activities that allow someone to think about good experiences.
