Statins create numerous side effects in most people taking them. It is crazy to state that healthy people with moderate cholestriol should be taking these drugs. It is obvious that drug manufactuers are behing this reasoning.

  UGH Statins...yes many side effects.  Depletes cells essentially.  To replenish them CoQ10 is used and prescribed mor ethan ever these days......CoQ10 is even in lotions now, unbelievable.....but GREAT news!  I have researched this due to family issues with statin drugs.....It is available in ubinquinaol form OTC which is the only way it gets absorbed fully....not teh ubiquinone form commonly used.  That only makes teh body work harder to convert it to ubiquinol.
