Squat Help

My progress on a deep, flat-footed squat is continuing.  I can now get into a deep squat and hold it for a minute or two.  My problem now is that my feet tend to point out to the side when I squat down.  If I keep my feet parallel and straight ahead, then I can't get all the way down.

I received some good tips when I first posted about this goal weeks ago.  So if anyone out there in cyber-land has any more ideas on this part, I'm all ears.
