sore throat, swollen glands, no coughing, hurts to swallow, cannot move head/neck. tested neg for Strep on Fri, pain worsens.

Miserable...do I need to go to ER.  Primary Care Doctor did a rapid Strep test and results were negative (Friday).  All that doctor gave me was Motrin.  Since then pain/discomfort has increased and movement of my head/neck has become an issue.

Should I go to EAR??
