SORE THROAT, ITCHY EARS, FEVERS...

PLEASE HELP!!! Im 24 years old i have been having these same symptons about every other month. Sore throat, swollen neck glads, fever body aches and itchy ears.Can't speak or swallow for days, I miss days of work because of this..This has been happenig off and on since Highschool but now over the past two has become ..Please help me figure out what is wrong..
