Sore thigh

For a few days.......I was walking around with a lower back strain.

The last couple of days my back pain has gone away but now I have a shooting pain in my upper right thigh that hurts when I walk.

I don't think that I "bumped' into anything. Could you give me an idea of what is going on or what I should do?
