Simple Exercises May Help Ankle Instability

Ankle Sprain Diagram Research published in this month’s issue of Clinical Rehabilitation found balance training to significantly improve stability in those individuals with a history of chronic ankle sprains. Twenty-nine participants with chronic ankle instability were assigned to a 4 week balance training group or a control group.
