Show I be alarmed with numbness and tingling in both hands?

I have headaches with pain in the top of my head. Do not get much sleep, wake up all through the night. Now have numbness and tingling in both hands, started with my left hand and now it is in my raight as well. I am experiencing diziness and weakness, even feeling faint. I used to have a waistline but now it is round as my upper chest and stomach seems to have attached themselves together.  I take meds for high blood pressure, chlosterol is high, and also take meds for type II diabetes. Do these signs mean anything?
