Shoe inserts are constantly being pushed in your grocery store, in the pharmacy, on television and even by your "friends".  These have been touted as the solution for foot pain.  Some companies even "guarantee" it.  Consumer Reports has found these claims are not true based on tests they ran.  Below is the findings as reported by ABC News
