You have not provided enough information to even suggest possibilities, I am sorry. For instance, how long has this been going on? Are there any other symptoms? What other health problems might you have?  It could be so many things, ranging from gas, to a muscle pull, to a gallbladder problem. Other possibilities include referred pain from a problem in the stomach or intestine, or a lung problem. If there was any trauma to the area, it could be a problem with your spleen.

The best thing to do is have an exam, so your doctor can pinpoint where you have pain, and rule out anything serious.
