
Lower back pain can stem from two basic causes: sedantary lifestyle (although you're young, but perhaps working long hours at a desk or on your feet) and stress, which is again caused by life and style. Strengthening back muscles with a specific exercise will greatly help in both cases.
Exercise: lie down on a flat surface with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground, arms at your side. Relax. Lift only your buttocks (the waist stays on the floor), hold for a few seconds and release, lie flat. Repeat for 5 minutes several times a day. It is a small, but very effective movment and exercise.Good luck!
