• NMS Psychiatry - Arguably the most efficient review book for psych with excellent questions. More readable and concise than the other books in the series.
• First Aid for the Psychiatry Clerkship - Great outline with all the relevant topics for the shelf.
  
• Blueprints Psychiatry - Somewhat incomplete, but a fast read that highlights the essential topics. Good med lists.
  
• Question Books
• Psychiatry Pretest - Consistently recommended, skip the section on "history of psychiatry."
• Appleton & Lange - NOT recommended, questions are difficult and will damage your psyche.
