painless lump on shoulder

Today i noticed a small lump were my shoulder and collar bone meet, I doesnt hurt. But when i touch it I can kinda move it around. I work in a warehouse and do alot of lifting and bumping into things, is it possable I hit it without realizing and thats all it is?
