I have had a pain in my lower right side that comes and goes (seems worse with an empty stomach) accompanied with occasional right side back pain.
Also, after eating, I experience gas and occasional diarrea. Pain has been consistent for about 2 weeks. No other symptoms - no vomiting or light headedness, etc.
Thinking I haven't been very kind to my stomach (too much spicy food, fried food and I do drink an occasional beer)
