Lately I've been having a lot of stress in my life. And I feel like I'm in a dream often. like I'll be having a conversation with someone but sometime I wonder am I just dreaming this? And I have to think about it and I realise I am not dreaming. It's very weird and starting to really bother me. What could this be? or what could be causing this?
Your extreme stress is causing that, of course. Your psyche is helping you, by transporting you into a dream-like state. Our brain does not distinguish between a dream and a reality. So, perhaps you can solve your situation in that dream-like state, and having practiced it there, execute it in the "real world". Don't worry about being "normal". Follow your sub-counscious, it is showing you a path. Walk it.
