There are big snowflakes dancing outside. Just went to a workshop on the luminous body, yoga and shamanism by Ray Crist. Essentially it was What the Bleep Do We Know coupled with the physics of magnetic fields as they relate to our central nervous system. There is a random guy hitting on a random Polish girl in front of me. She seems grossed out. I think I'm going to get a chocolate chip cookie.
