On February 27 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Northwest Hospital and the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics will offer a free knee pain screening to the surrounding community. It will be conducted by orthopedic surgeon, Paul Khanuja, M.D.
Dr. Khanuja is the director of Hip and Knee Replacement Surgery for the Rubin Institute and the chief of orthopedics at Northwest Hospital.
These screenings include both a personal evaluation with Dr. Khanuja and an X-ray scan of your knee. It’s a very unique opportunity to meet a surgeon and learn what your treatment options might be.
To get a glimpse of what a Rubin Institute screening is like, go to this previous blog entry about a hip screening Dr. Khanuja did at Sinai Hospital.
The important thing is to register quickly. These screenings are always very popular, so you will not want to miss out. Reserve your place by going here or by calling 410.601.WELL (9355). Please note: Free parking is available at the hospital.
