North Central College Establishes Students for Organ Donation Chapter
Posted Sep 11 2008 7:13pm
North Central College recently established Illinois' newest chapter of Students for Organ Donation. Founded and led by chapter President, Nicole Matia, the student organization will focus on helping educate fellow students, faculty, staff, alumni and the Naperville community about the importance of taking action by registering as organ/tissue donors.
Nicole (Right) and chapter Treasurer, Jackie Privitt (Middle), stopped by Campaign Central last week to discuss plans and outreach efforts with Campus Campaign Manager, Jeff Slutz, for the upcoming "I am. Are you? Campus Challenge" this October.
For those Facebookers, be sure to check out Nicole's rapidly expanding network of supporters as well as our Donate Life Illinois group. Great work Nicole and everyone who will be involved in supporting North Central's lifesaving efforts!
