NKFI Gears Up for 2008 Gift of Life Walk

Time to break out thewalkin' shoes again as this Sunday marks the 2008National Kidney Foundation of IllinoisGift of Life Walk! Each year, this free event welcomes kidney patients, their families and friends,healthcareproviders, transplant recipients, organ donor families and members of the Chicago area community to come out and supportNKFI'smission in educating the public aboutkidney disease.



Last year, over 1,200 walkers participated in the three mile walk along Lake Michigan that is followed by a health fair and entertainment!
