Needing more Information on Genetic antidepressant testing.

Hello and thanks for reading. My question is can only a Psychiatrist administer this test or can a general physician do so as well. And i have also read that this test procedure has not been circulated everywhere yet. However i am living in the Cleveland,OH area and having some difficulty getting this done.Any information would be greatly appreciated.
