Unless insurance covers infertility, most couples desperate to start a family are not able to use these treatments. Rekha is 35 and has been trying to have a baby for five years. She has been unable to conceive naturally. ''We have the right to have a child and there is a treatment which will increase the probability of us having that child but we can't avail of it because it requires a lot of money because of which I am not in a position to go in for it.''"
