My tonsil has a wierd growth on it. It can move and I feel it when I swallow. It is about 5-6mm long and attached on 1 side

and the other side that is not attached moves freely and even comes around the vesitbule into my mouth.  It looks like a second uvula, I have only noticed it for about 4 days, and previously I had a sore throat, but I have had lots of sore throats and I have neve had this happen to me before.  I don't want to go to the dr if it is something minor.  Anyone know what this is??
