Because it is not costant, and changes depending on movement, it is likely caused by tight muscles, fascia or chronic inflamation. If it comes on only when you sit in certain postures then bodywork is likely your best place to start. Manipulations of the soft tissue and/or bones may give relief. Stretching and strengthing exercizes may give you lasting results. Clinical massage therapists, osteopaths, chiropractors and physical therapists are all good places to go for help.

i know i have not done anything wrong, id be sitting up with my legs straight out and my left hip will start tingling. is this normal?
